We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join RouteThis’ executive team and report directly to the CEO. As a key strategic leader, the CRO will own all revenue-generation initiatives and spearhead an innovative, forward-looking Go-To-Market strategy.
In this role, success will be achieved through a collaborative approach with company leadership and customer partners to deliver a compelling product vision and roadmap that drives growth and solidifies RouteThis as an industry leader. The ideal candidate brings hands-on startup experience, with a proven ability to strategically drive revenue performance, strengthen operational alignment, and elevate market positioning. We’re seeking a seasoned, people-first leader with strong business acumen, an exceptional work ethic, and the ability to foster meaningful customer relationships while uncovering and defining strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Team Building and Process Development: Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales, marketing, implementation, and customer success teams with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Customer Journey Ownership: Define and execute a customer journey that spans from lead acquisition through renewal and expansion, setting KPIs, metrics, and accountability frameworks that align with company goals.
- Deal Qualification and Coaching: Implement a robust qualification methodology to assess and pressure-test sales opportunities, helping reps identify areas of improvement and coaching them to success.
- Pipeline and Revenue Growth: Drive pipeline growth, sales, and software deployment for large-scale operational teams, including contact centers, field services, and retail, using an enterprise land-and-expand strategy.
- Cultural Leadership: Act as a cultural driver of urgency, accountability, and teamwork, setting the pace for the revenue organization and fostering a company-wide “One Team” approach.
