We are seeking a Chief Risk and Compliance with over 6 years of experience, preferably with a background in a law firm. This role involves:

• Policy Interpretation and Training:
• Acting as the local expert on regulatory frameworks (AML-CTF, international sanctions, GDPR, DAC6, etc.).
• Implementing and monitoring compliance with regulations.
• Conducting training to foster a risk-aware culture within the firm.
• Supervision:
• Leading a team of one in-house lawyer and three risk and compliance analysts.
• Ensuring the efficient handling of client file procedures and compliance with internal and external policies.
• Strategic Advice:
• Offering strategic guidance on risk management to senior management.
• Assisting in key projects by providing risk insights and updating the firm’s risk register.
