Description:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Proven experience in managing a team of high-performing sales executives.
- Track record of consistently delivering sales results between £30-50M year-on-year.
- Expertise in selling testing and QA consultancy services; familiarity with the broader Digital, Cloud, Data, and IT sectors is advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen to negotiate Time & Material (T&M), fixed-price, and managed services agreements.
- Personal history of consistently achieving sales growth.
- Excellent networking skills with a robust network within the QA and Testing space.
- Demonstrated ability to meet individual and team targets in a services firm or consultancy environment.
- Experience in developing a target list and leveraging both internal and external networks to identify target accounts.
- Familiarity with multi-location and offshore operational models.
- Willingness to travel across the UK for customer visits.
MANDATORY SKILLS:
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and manage personal and team goals effectively.
- Passionate about knowledge in a fast-paced, constantly evolving technology market.
- Strong, honest communicator with excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills.
