  • Harris sales culture transfer and skills/resource development
  • Booking strategies/growth plan assistance
  • New sales initiatives assistance
  • Objectives setting assistance based on Growth Plan objectives

Group conformity

  • Group Global Sales Strategies and Planning
  • BUs Group Best practices establishment and optimal application among the BUs
  • Comm. Plan harmonization and responsible among BUs per Territory
  • SM focus groups and SM Leadership event organize – Sales & Marketing SME

M&A

Under acquisition BU / Acquired BU

  • Managed the funnel with Group President
  • Company targets discovery, Bus dev. & hunting the top 20
