REQUIREMENTS

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience
• 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Admin Tools and Automation Processes
• Proven track record of leading and providing expertise on Salesforce projects, ensuring scalable and future-proof architecture
• Experience in reviewing the impact of Salesforce seasonal releases
• Ability to collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time
• Strong understanding of Salesforce features and trends to enhance service offerings and practice development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• B2+ English level proficiency

• Perform system administration and declarative automation on the Salesforce platform
• Design innovative Salesforce solutions that seamlessly integrate with other systems and meet technical and business needs
• Lead and provide expertise on Salesforce projects, ensuring the architecture is scalable and future-proof
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time
• Offer strategic guidance and technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and trends to enhance service offerings and practice development
• Mentor and provide architectural expertise to other team members
• Work with product to help define and refine requirements
