Developing new generation LiDAR based platform for Autonomous Driving.

SKILLS

Must have
Engineering background
Project Scope Management
Problem Solving
Automotive Domain knowledge
6 years of professional experience including years as Project Manager or Scrum Master
Experience with with a range of agile frameworks, methods and tools (e.g. Kanban or Design Thinking)
Coaching skills and a deeper understanding of coaching techniques and attitudes
Good working knowledge of situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and increasing transparency
Experience in building and developing teams in an international, intercultural and
remote setting
Good understanding and practical experience of change management principles,
techniques & tools
Very good communication skills and high solution orientation
Fluent English
Nice to have
German speaking language

Responsibilities:

Pillar Project Management
Responsible for controlling and achieving Product Quality / Cost / Delivery (schedule)
targets
Chief Scrum Master at pillar level, responsible for output of 8-10 sub-module teams
Management project presentations: Making the development progress transparent, incl.
Escalation Needs (also managing the escalations)
Identify applicable Lessons learned cards (LLC)
Risk management: Removing Roadblocks for the project team
Stakeholder Management: Strong coordination with Engineering and associated teams to
ensure the project goals and priority is understood and committed by concerned
stakeholders
Team Facilitation
Coordinating between product team and product owners within a cross-functional team
Supporting project teams in daily activities and ensuring transparency about teamwork and progress towards everyone
Hosts Daily Stand-up Meetings, Sprint Planning Meetings, Retrospectives and Reviews
Moderating and mediating in and between teams & interconnections to other projects
Coaching team members and the product owner on Agile processes
Ensure new mindset and agile working culture
Removing Roadblocks for the project team
Prevent work-overload and ensure team members can fulfill Sprint/PI goals.
Project Support
Supporting the Product Owner with the Product Backlog
Being the Process, Tools & Methods Authority
Prepares decision making process for relevant committee
Providing the right toolset to the teams
Making the development progress transparent, incl. Escalation Needs (also managing the escalations)
Create project in all needed tools
Identify applicable Lessons learned cards (LLC)
Monitoring the Shielding Interference (ensuring that the team can focus)
Consulting the owners and management board
Establish process/standards and methods. Provide templates.
Responsible for the ticket status in CoreALM: illustrate the state of the project and the progress of the team (using KPIs like “velocity factor").
Risk & Impediments management: follow the status of blockers (inter-Pillars).
Check if dependencies (inside/outside functions Pillars) are considered and tasks planned.
