Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of kitchen hands and outsourced cleaning resources, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and efficiency across the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ensure our back-of-house is running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with chefs and service teams to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
  • Develop and implement processes to elevate operational excellence and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
