Description:
Orange Recruitment is excited to be searching for a Chief Technical Officer (CTO) on behalf of a leading company in the technology sector. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity technologies, with strong knowledge of leading solutions.
- Proven leadership experience in building and managing technical teams.
- Strong project management skills with a history of delivering technical projects on time and within budget.
- Pre-sales and client-facing experience, offering technical expertise in customer meetings.
- Expertise in vendor management and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Define and execute the company’s technical strategy in line with business objectives, ensuring technological innovation and a competitive edge.
- Project Oversight: Lead the implementation of advanced cybersecurity solutions, with a particular focus on cutting-edge products in the security space.
- Team Building: Develop and lead a skilled technical team, ensuring continuous growth and development of team members.
- Pre-Sales Expertise: Support the sales team with technical knowledge during client engagements, ensuring solutions meet client needs.
- Vendor Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with key technology vendors to leverage the best tools and resources.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimise internal technical processes for improved scalability, efficiency, and service delivery.
- IT Management: Ensure the company’s internal IT systems are secure, robust, and aligned with industry standards.
