SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Graduate degree in computer and information systems technology or an equivalent level of qualification or professional accreditation issued by a related engineering institute or professional body;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in:
• Maintaining MS Active Directory in large multi-forest environments;
• Implementation and maintenance activities of Active Directory and Federation Services in large enterprise environments consisting of multiple interconnected and federated Active Directory domains and forests.

• Installing, operating, maintaining, and centrally administering Active Directory and Federation Services monitoring tools;
• Managing incidents by fixing issues reported by customers;
• Performing problem management by conducting root cause analysis.
