Description:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience;
  • Or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience;
  • Sound practical experience in the implementation, support, testing, operation and maintenance and best practices of storage and backup infrastructure for large-scale distributed deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Guaranteeing seamless operation and upkeeping of NISC IaaS Services, regardless of whether they are hosted on-premises, in private clouds, or public clouds;
  • Identifying and troubleshooting issues promptly, assisting in their timely resolution;
  • Following change management processes diligently.
