Description:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 4 years’ post-related experience;
  • OR a secondary educational qualification with 6 years’ post-related experience;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in platform management in a large organization;
  • Extensive experience in web application support.

Responsibilities:

  • Enabling web hosting platform to the customers to handle their websites and applications;
  • Undertaking or supervising complex installations and deinstallations of systems or components, including handover to the client;
  • Comparing and contrasting all major server systems and platforms.
