We are seeking a Chief Technology and Digital Transformation Officer (CTO) to lead our IT solutions and drive our digital transformation initiatives. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of our company by leveraging digital technologies to enhance operations, improve customer experiences, and promote innovation. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the CTO will develop and execute digital strategies aligned with our overall business goals.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The CTO will be responsible for creating and implementing digital strategies that drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and identify new growth opportunities. As a senior leader, the CTO will provide both strategic and hands-on leadership for the development and deployment of innovative digital solutions. This position requires expertise in digital technologies, data analytics, and emerging trends, with a focus on aligning digital initiatives with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading IT solutions organizations, managing global digital transformation projects, and fostering a culture of innovation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Leadership Experience in a similar role
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and emerging technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure), microservices, and modern development tools is preferred. Project Management Skills:
The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of managing large, complex projects across multiple geographies and business units.
Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively across departments is essential.
Adaptability and Innovation: The CTO must thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to new priorities while consistently driving innovation.

Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: The CTO will establish a digital strategy that aligns with our business goals, identifying opportunities for digital transformation and crafting roadmaps for execution. Lead IT Solutions Programs: Oversee the development, deployment, and management of IT solutions, ensuring that all digital platforms meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. Drive Innovation and Continuous Improvement: The CTO will identify and adopt new technologies and frameworks that enhance the company’s digital capabilities and maintain competitive advantage. Oversee Solutions Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of the company’s IT systems to ensure they are scalable, reliable, and secure, supporting both current and future needs. Establish Best Practices: Define and promote best practices in software development, quality assurance, and DevOps, accelerating product development and delivery. Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and align digital initiatives with overall business goals and financial targets. Execute the Digital Transformation Roadmap: The CTO will be responsible for executing a detailed digital roadmap, ensuring all digital transformation initiatives align with market demands and business objectives. Manage Budget: Oversee the financial aspects of digital initiatives, balancing cost-saving measures with strategic investments in digital technology.
