We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong software background and extensive experience in top Internet companies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a proven track record of guiding teams through challenging situations to achieve success. This role demands a tough yet inspiring leader who can navigate high-growth environments, solve complex technical problems, and provide comprehensive architectural oversight to ensure the stability and optimization of our systems.

• Lead the technology team strategy and set up a goal for the team.
• Lead the technology team and guide them to achieve success.
• Solve and Identify technical problems and provide architectural oversight strategy for the system stability and optimization.
• Working with business and product teams closely.
• Cross countries group management is required.
