QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
• Extensive experience in blockchain technology, including smart contracts, cryptography, and decentralized systems.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling technology teams in high-growth environments.Strong understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
