Currently, we are looking to recruit Chief Technology Officer who will guide the overall technology strategy and roadmap development for Publicis Groupe in Poland to the benefit of all our agencies, clients and partners. He or she will be a thought leader and innovation catalyst for this area within Publicis Groupe that delivers innovative solutions for clients that require creativity, data and technology to drive marketing transformation.

Job Description

  • Manage a team of 30+ Tech professionals (Business Analysts, Software Developers, Project Managers, Growth Experts)
  • Define technology capabilities for Publicis Groupe and drive development of technology roadmap for the group and its agencies
  • Manage and develop internal technology transformation projects, including implementation of a new business management platform and development and maintenance of media planning optimization and automation tools
  • Serve as a thought leader and innovation catalyst to deliver innovative solutions for clients that require creativity, data and technology to drive marketing transformation
  • Identify needs for new technology capabilities and recommend strategies to acquire those new capabilities
  • Guide our strategy around technology partnerships and alliances
  • Build a true sense of community within the technology arena by sharing best practices, showcasing best in-class work, and supporting career development activities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 10 years of related industry experience, preferably consulting, interactive, agency or direct marketing experience, leading the technology department
  • Proven experience in managing people and in working cross functionally in a highly decentralized and matrixed organization
  • The ability to think about new ways to use technology as a competitive advantage and the ability to translate those ideas into business recommendations with clear ROI
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a highly collaborative environment and serve as an evangelist for technological excellence
  • The ability to collaborate with executives, clients, 3rd party and other business stakeholders and serve as ambassador between all these audiences
  • Fluency in onboarding/migration of data sets to different platforms and the cloud
  • Demonstrated understanding of modern data privacy and security regulations
  • Excellent oral, written, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills; including strong presentation skills
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape will be a great plus
