UX/UI and Product Design: Proven ability to integrate optimal UX/UI design into product development.
Architectural Knowledge: Experience in defining and implementing application architecture within blockchain and Web3 domains.
Team Development: Skilled in team recruitment, training, and management, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead technical teams.
Documentation and Communication: Capable of documenting complex features for seamless implementation and effective communication across departments.
Blockchain/Web3 Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Web3, blockchain, and crypto technologies.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to innovation.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The CTO will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the technological vision of the company. This includes overseeing the entire product lifecycle, managing team development, and ensuring that each feature and function aligns with our architectural strategy and design standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in both front-end and back-end development within blockchain/Web3, experience with DevOps, and a history of successful technical leadership. This role demands strong technical acumen paired with excellent team management and recruitment abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise technical team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Product Lifecycle Ownership: Assume full responsibility for product-related decisions, coordinating cross-team workflows to deliver user-focused solutions.
Strategic Development: Define and execute the architectural approach for the application, integrating UX/UI design principles to enhance product experience.
Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement practices to boost team efficiency and productivity.
Technological Vision: Develop and advance the company’s tech vision, with an emphasis on Web3 and blockchain solutions.
Data Security and Compliance: Establish and enforce policies to maintain data security and compliance.
Project Oversight: Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with technology partners.
Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous testing and validation to ensure product quality.
Executive Support: Provide weekly technical analyses and strategic advice to the COO.
