OFFICE MANAGER – EAST WEST LOCATION

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Office Manager with experience in a large, licensed childcare center to join our team at our East West location. This dynamic role combines administrative excellence with the ability to step into classroom settings as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills and a clear understanding of childcare operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the front office, classrooms, and center leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Early Childhood Education, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a large, licensed childcare center, including office management or receptionist roles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and writing skills.
  • Ability to balance front office duties with classroom needs.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage all front office communications, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to assist with center opening and closing as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding the company’s facilities, programs, and hours of operation.
  • Coordinate staffing schedules in partnership with directors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and state regulations.
  • Support directors with administrative tasks and assist teachers in the classroom when required.
  • Manage procurement and distribution of supplies, including groceries, art materials, and office equipment.
  • Maintain accurate student and teacher records and oversee ongoing training compliance for staff.
  • Prepare routine reports and correspondence, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Adhere to company values with integrity and ethical behavior.
  • Interpret safety protocols and operational procedures effectively.
  • Apply basic math and finance skills to support office functions.
