QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in medical or public health (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Proven experience in conducting and managing research projects, preferably in the field of children’s health or psychology.
• Strong understanding of various scientific research methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Flexible and able to work effectively on multiple assignments simultaneously and able to adapt to changing demands and circumstances
• Clear record of deliverables in the provision of high-quality research reports, briefs, and analytical outputs for mixed high-level policy, practitioner, and research audiences.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in an accessible manner.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate research.
• Eagerness and enthusiasm to learn new things in different circumstances
• Experience with social media content creation is a plus.
• A proven record of research-relevant publications and deliverables is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Child Health & Well-Being Research Lead to join our team at Tentang Anak. This role is crucial in ensuring that our educational contents for parents and children are grounded in up-to-date scientific evidence and credible health research. This role is also important in increasing Tentang Anaks contribution toward the scientific field and greater society.
The Research Lead will conduct research on children’s health, development, and psychological well-being, producing science/evidence-based findings to support the Tentang Anak content and product development team. He/she and the direct lead will also expand the companys scientific research portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of scientific literature and journals on topics related to childrens health, development, and psychological well-being. research on topics related to children’s health, development, and psychological well-being.
• Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure that all educational materials are scientifically up-to-date, accurate, and credible.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in child health, development, and psychology.
• Establish and maintain relationships with academic and medical professionals to support ongoing research efforts.
• Initiate and manage various scientific research projects for multiple purposes/with multiple outcomes/knowledge products, including journal publications, briefs, and program/product development.
• Ensure all research activities comply with ethical standards and regulations.
• Production and presentation of knowledge products to internal teams and various stakeholders in a clear, concise, and effective manner.
