WHAT YOUR WORK WILL INVOLVE

Right now, we’re looking for a permanent, full time Child Wellbeing Specialist, based at our Head Office in Wollongong. The Child Wellbeing Specialist plays a key role in strenghtening Big Fat Smile’s child safe culture by providing support, coaching and mentoring to centre directors on all things safeguarding. The role also work directly with educators to build capacity in relation to child protection and child wellbeing.
