POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for carrying out business office and Registration and Billing procedures for the Child Care Program department.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess high school diploma or GED. A 2-year degree or applicable experience is preferred.
- Six months or more of related customer service and clerical experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent service to program participants, their families, staff members, and other individuals.
- Manages childcare billing accounts receivable through multiple forms of correspondence to participants.
- Provides excellent telephone and member service while facilitating inbound/outbound calls.
- Remains accountable for all monetary transactions on shift and appropriate reconciliation of these transactions.
- Maintains Title Twenty (TXX) billing and authorizations.
- Maintains all pertinent equipment and supplies.
- Is familiar with child care information as outlined in the child care and parent handbooks.
- Proactively solves problems.
- Follows appropriate safety guidelines.
- Communicates to direct supervisor any concerns or incidents that may need follow-up.
- Protects confidential information regarding program participants, families and staff members.
- Process Hourly Billing.
- Process Approved Registrations within a timely manner.
- Completes other tasks as assigned by Childcare Account and Registration Coordinator or Director of Call Center Operations.
