APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

  • This role will include scanning, photocopying, receiving telephones calls, managing generic mailboxes and reviewing information in relation to Children’s Safeguarding.
  • Preparing agenda’s and documents for the safeguarding meetings.
  • You will also ensure children and families are welcomed to the department, provide wait times.
  • Monitor breech data
  • Supporting the Matron, Senior Sister and Practice Educator
  • Ensure the environment is safe, clean and child friendly.
