Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join our Children’s Community Service as a Team Lead . This full-time, permanent position is based in Milton Keynes, and offers the chance to be part of a small, supportive team while making a real difference to children and families in the community.
In this key role, you will support the Service Manager in the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to children with a variety of complex needs. As Team Lead, you will oversee a small team of Occupational Therapists, offering clinical guidance, supervision, and mentorship. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Service Manager, assisting with team coordination, performance monitoring, and service development.
