Job Title: Deputy Manager – Children’s Home
Location: Tadworth, Surrey
Salary: £30,450 - £36,750
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs, requiring high levels of supervision and support
Home; Number of Beds: 4
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
Experience in Years: Minimum 2 years in Residential Childcare

You’ll take on a leadership role, providing supervision and support to residential workers, overseeing placement plans, risk assessments, and ensuring that policies and educational support are upheld. A patient and supportive approach is essential, along with the ability to form positive relationships with the children.
Responsibilities:
