Job Title: Children’s Home Registered Manager
Location: Swindon
Salary: Competitive salary of up to £68,000 with performance-related bonuses
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs, with a focus on therapeutic care
Home; Number of Beds: Not specified
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
Experience in Years: 5 years in residential care for children, with at least 2 years supervising and managing staff
