Description:
Juventas is looking for a Residential Support Worker to assist in the running of our four-bed Registered Children’s Home based in Norwich.

Responsibilities:
Juventas cares for looked-after children in residential and semi-independent supported accommodation so they can live a positive and meaningful life as they approach adulthood.
As Residential Support Worker you’ll be:
- Ensuring that all children and young people have their needs met and are safeguarded from harm, neglect, abuse or exploitation
- Responding to any child care concerns appropriately
- Ensure that the building, equipment and furniture in the home is well maintained.·
- Working effectively and co-ordinate with social workers, parents/guardians and other connected professional agencies
