CHILDREN’S SERVICES STRATEGIC WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Reporting to the Children’s Strategic Workforce Lead, you will help to drive key actions and projects in the workforce action plan.
You’ll develop and produce workforce information and data to aid strategic workforce planning and support the development of a workforce planning dashboard.
You’ll work collaboratively with the Heads of Service, Strategic Workforce Lead and HR colleagues, supporting them to attract and retain a talented the children’s workforce.
This is a 12 month contract and can be offered as a fixed term contract or a secondment. Join us and make a real difference!
