Description:
The Children’s services in Oxford are recruiting part time and full time band 5 nurses to work within our supportive teams.
There are band 5 positions available amongst all of our diverse specialities within the Children’s Hospital. When you join us, your personal development will be supported and encouraged by ward based Clinical Educators and the Practice Development team. - Provide exceptional patient care which is underpinned by the best evidence based practice
2.Maintain and develop high standards of nursing care, reflecting the professional nursing practice and patient care - Supports the Senior Band 5 and 6s and 7s
- delegate, supervise and support unregistered workforce and students with day to day duties
- be self aware and responsible for their own training needs, skill enhancement and registration renewal
