Join our dynamic Team as an Children’s Clinician, where your work will directly impact underserved communities and help shape innovative outreach strategies to connect individuals with the care they need.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:

  • Clinician I: Master’s degree. Limited Licensed Masters Social Worker (LLMSW), Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC), Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP).
  • Clinician II: Master’s degree. Fully Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Fully Licensed Psychologist (LP).
  • Clinician III: Master’s degree. Fully Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Fully Licensed Psychologist (LP) and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).
  • Children’s Services: Must meet qualifications as a CMHP per MDHHS provider guidelines, with at least one year of experience working with children if performing duties within Intensive Crisis Stabilization Services (ICSS).

PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Family & Marriage Therapy, or Psychology with licensure in the State of Michigan.
  • Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).
  • Up to 4% KPI bonus, paid out quarterly
