Description:
Salary: £24,500 per annum (£12,250 per annum pro-rata)
Location: Moray
Contract/Hours: Permanent, Part-time - 18.5 hours per week (worked between the core operational hours of Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00) with flexibility to work outside of these hours as and when required.

Are you resilient and have a positive approach to change and challenge? We are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our team. Ideally you will have:
- Experience working within a care environment preferably working with children and young people with learning disabilities, their families and carers.
- Comfortable facilitating small group sessions
- Strong organisational skills
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office suite and database software)
- Meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Safeguarding knowledge and experience.
- To be positive and solution focussed.
- Training on the programme will be provided.
- Driving licence and access to a car. The job requires the ability to travel according to the needs of the job, with reasonable adjustments, if required, according to the Equality Act.

Responsibilities:
A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the NEW Action for Children Peep service in Moray as a part time Children’s Services Practitioner – supporting development and delivery of a new universal PEEP pathway across the area.
As a Children’s Services Practitioner, you will be providing a supportive service to children, young people, and their families, based on an assessment of their needs. You will be responsible for day-to-day resource planning, including supervising, assisting, and directing staff and volunteers in service delivery, whilst delivering training and support in other areas.
