Description:
ZHAN Food Ltd, is in Auckland. We are now looking for multiple experienced Chinese Cuisine Chefs to join us. This is a full-time role requiring at least 30 hours per week.
This role is to plan and organise the preparation and cooking of Chinese Cuisine to support our business operation.

Responsibilities:
- Working with the manager to plan our Chinese Cuisine menus,
- Estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
- Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and kitchen staff.
- Demonstrating techniques for high standard Chinese Cuisine cooking
- Preparing and cooking
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- Working with the manager for staff selection and training
