Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our rapidly growing SE clinic. Our clinic is a holistic health centre on a mission to save lives and impact our community. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic health, with an energetic personality and positive attitude. You need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and community driven to take on this exciting role.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule patient bookings for multiple doctors
- Organize and coordinate workshop and dinner events
- Schedule and organize lunch and learns
- Build strategic partnerships with local community leaders
- Coordinate, track and reporting of key metrics/measurements related to billing efficiency
- Answer phones, return voicemails and respond promptly to text messages and emails in a timely and courteous manner
- Keeps office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment
- Intentionally focused conversations with patients focused on the 5 Essentials, referrals, filling dinners and gathering patient testimonials
- Protects patient confidentiality, making sure protected health information is secured
Requirements:
- Experience within chiropractic, wellness or alternative medicine preferred
- Passionate about holistic health and mission focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong working knowledge of Canva and social media
- General knowledge / exposure to billing and practice management software (Atlas) a strong asset
- Solid understanding of billing software and electronic medical records
- Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Outstanding problem solving and organizational abilities
- Excellent customer service and empathy skills
- Great with kids!
