We’re looking for exceptional talent to join us Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00am-6:00pm, Tues 1:00pm-6:00pm, and Thurs 9:00am-2:00pm. Our successful hire will enjoy $1,000.00 bonus at their 12-month anniversary and becomes eligible for a pay raise if the contract is renewed. After the probationary period, up to 4 weeks’ paid vacation annually during predetermined quarterly Chiropractic clinic closures.
Our company is looking for a dedicated office assistant to handle patient duties and Doctor support.
When our patients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

SKILLS:
- Ability to excel in a fast paced environment, restarant, baritsa or service experiance is an asset
- Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
- Ability to work independently and with a team; sports experience is an asset
- Time management and ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional in-person and phone manner
- Familar with technology like Ipads, Google Suite, Social media

Responsibilities:
- Manage a fast-paced treatment flow in a calm and professional manner
- Assist patients with special exams
- Administer therapies or kinesiotape on patients based on Doctor’s direction and/or based on personal discretion
- Prepare documentation of treatment and exams
- Schedule and reschedule patients in an efficient manner as needed
- Answer patient inquiries, explain the therapies in relation to their condition/anatomy
- Complete tracking sheets and supplies inventory (Google Suite)
