Description:
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and excellent customer service in a chiropractic office setting. QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
· Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Administrative experience multitasking effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment
· Empathy and compassion for patient needs and concerns
· Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
· Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to chiropractic care is advantageous
· High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in medical office administration is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Responsibilities:
· Warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
· Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
· Collect and maintain accurate patient information and records
· Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
· Manage patient billing and insurance claim processing
· Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and faxing documents
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area
· Support the chiropractors with various tasks as needed
