We are currently seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Health Assistant to join our growing team and support our mission of delivering outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
- Prepare treatment areas and assist the chiropractor during patient visits as needed.
- Provide patients with instructions for exercises, stretches, and other follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Perform administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and processing payments.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment.
- Educate patients about the benefits of chiropractic care and wellness practices.
- Assist in clinic marketing efforts, such as social media updates and community outreach.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in healthcare or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using basic computer software (e.g., scheduling programs, Microsoft Office).
- A positive attitude and passion for patient care.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the clinic for extended periods.
- Ability to demonstrate and guide people through specific helpful exercises.
