We are currently seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Health Assistant to join our growing team and support our mission of delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanour.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
  • Prepare treatment areas and assist the chiropractor during patient visits as needed.
  • Provide patients with instructions for exercises, stretches, and other follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and processing payments.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment.
  • Educate patients about the benefits of chiropractic care and wellness practices.
  • Assist in clinic marketing efforts, such as social media updates and community outreach.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in healthcare or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer software (e.g., scheduling programs, Microsoft Office).
  • A positive attitude and passion for patient care.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the clinic for extended periods.
  • Ability to demonstrate and guide people through specific helpful exercises.
