REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Relevant Trades qualification or min 5 years demonstrated experience in similar role
  • High Level of Knowledge of Maintenance Work Management Process
  • High Level of Knowledge of CMMS
  • Skilled in SAP PM Module
  • High Level of Knowledge of Defect Elimination

Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking applications for a CHPP Maintenance Planner to join the team at our CMJV site.

Reporting to the CHPP Maintenance Superintendent, the purpose of this role is to provide maintenance planning to the CHPP maintenance team on shift.

  • Ensure the rejects system is prioritised due to the environmental obligations that we are required to maintain. This will include thickness testing and rotations/replacement of pipes.
  • Maintain all CHPP equipment files in an orderly fashion & ensure that all equipment records are kept up to date.
  • Work with the Maintenance Coordinators to ensure detailed work plans are developed and continually improved for all CHPP equipment.
  • Develop and implement detailed work schedules (Project Gantt) for specific planned maintenance and project work tasks.
  • Ensure appropriate resources, tools and materials are identified and available for planned and scheduled work tasks.
  • Ensure all maintenance tooling/safety equipment is maintained to OEM specifications & periodic calibrations/inspections are maintained.
  • Minimise production downtime & scheduled maintenance through effective planning/scheduling techniques.
