Seaford is home to The Old Plough, a friendly town centre pub offering premium British dishes to locals and visitors alike. Our extensive food menu spans all the nation’s favourites, from Sunday roasts to succulent steaks, warming pies and indulgent desserts. And for something more thirst-quenching, our drinks offering is brimming with wines, gins, crafted cocktails and a wonderful variety of ales sourced locally from Sussex. We also boast the best place to enjoy them – a lovely beer garden at the front of our pub, perfect for a drink after a trip to the seaside.

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
