Part-time - Monday to Wednesday - 0800-1630
What you will do…
- Responsible for managing a busy reception desk
- Welcoming visitors to our facility with a positive attitude
- Assisting residents and family members with inquiries
- Completing financial reports
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks
- Receiving, sorting and distributing mail
- Registering staff rosters
To be successful as a Unit Administrator you will need….
- Excellent communication skills
- Have empathy and respect for older people
- A commitment to high-quality customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Sound computer abilities
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Be eligible to work in NZ
