- BA/BS or higher degree in Public Health, Social Welfare or related field plus at least 4 years’ experience working with social service programs in San Diego County. A combination of directly related course work and life experience may be substituted.
- 4 or more years of experience involving program and project management, community outreach and external relations.
· Requires basic understanding of social determinants of health and related data sharing initiatives. · Experience in evaluation, needs assessment, process improvement, data analysis and program or process improvement a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion with limited supervision.
- Superior analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to build and maintain positive and supportive working relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, track multiple projects and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce and online systems.
- This position is 50% internal and 50% external.
