Summary
We are looking for a “CIP Moderator (f/m/d)” for the “Production Logistics & Improvement” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.
The “Plant Logistics & Improvement” department is primarily responsible for plant logistics for the Ulm site. In addition, the following two cross-sectional positions / topics, which have overarching activities for production & logistics at the Ulm site, are located in the department:
On the one hand, the “Continuous Improvement Process” (CIP) and process design & auditing on the part of Production.
The position is initially limited to 2 years.
Your Tasks
- Organization of CIP workshops (CIP = continuous improvement process) in production & material provision
- Planning, implementation, follow-up and regular reviews of the defined actions
- Advising the workshop managers on workshop preparation with regard to the workshop objectives and the composition of the group
- Coordinating the daily programs and planned methods with regard to workshop objectives
- Moderation of the workshop days
- Daily review of whether the original objectives are still relevant and achievable with the approach planned so far; methods are adapted if necessary
- Documentation of workshop results and actions following the workshops
- Reviewing the progress of the workshop in regular reviews with the group and the person responsible for the workshop
- Support in the definition and design of standards
Your Profile
- Completed studies with a focus on production management and / or logistics as well as similar training / qualifications
- Hands-on mentality and strong implementation orientation
- Independent, proactive and structured way of working
- Communicative and goal-oriented team player
- Good knowledge of German and English
