Description:
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Computing Technology Industry Associating (CompTIA A+) or Microsoft Certified IT Professional;
- At least 3 years’ experience in:
- Working in an ICT CIS environment;
- Supporting IT users, desktop hardware and software.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and operating the full range of computing, printing and network devices required to deliver systems and services for customer office automation;
- Installing and configuring COTS software on networked and standalone workstations for use;
- Installing and configuring client software on workstations.
