ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Citrix Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing and administering Citrix environments, as well as a strong background in deploying, optimizing, and troubleshooting Citrix infrastructures.

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

• Citrix Administration: Manage and administer Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Cloud environments.
• Deployment and Configuration: Deploy, configure, and maintain Citrix farms and associated infrastructure, including Netscaler, StoreFront, and Provisioning Services (PVS).
• Assess IT systems to help them achieve their business objectives.
• Plan, design and implement Citrix Cloud Migration projects
• Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of Citrix systems, including the implementation of monitoring and tuning strategies to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues related to the Citrix environment, including Level 3 incidents.
• Security: Ensure the security of Citrix infrastructures by implementing security policies and conducting regular audits.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of Citrix environments and business processes.
• Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor junior IT team members on Citrix best practices and technologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, networking, and security teams to ensure the integration and harmonization of Citrix solutions across the IT ecosystem
