Description:

The Role: We’re searching for an energetic and visionary City Lead to spearhead the planning and execution of a diverse range of curated events - from exclusive breakfasts and dinners to lively happy hours and outdoor adventures. As a City Lead, you will be responsible for acquiring rare and hard-to-reach partners, negotiating deals for Base Social events, and leading a team to excellence in event execution and member satisfaction. Your strategic decisions will help shape the long-term success of Base by creating and maintaining a network of top-tier venues and partners that our Members will love.

AS A CITY LEAD, YOU WILL BE AT THE FOREFRONT OF BASE’S EXPANSION IN YOUR CITY, FORGING RELATIONSHIPS WITH HIGH-END RESTAURANTS, LOCAL PARTNERS, AND OUR COMMUNITY OF MEMBERS. Compensation Range: $120K - $150

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE…

  • Acquiring Exclusive Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with rare, high-quality restaurant partners and other luxury venues that align with Base’s vision.
  • Negotiating Deals: Act as the key negotiator for the city, securing beneficial terms for local partnerships while upholding the high standards that Base is known for.
  • Public Presence: Be the face of Base at events, where you will ensure events are seamless and Members feel connected.
  • Partnership Deals: Lead the acquisition of local partnership deals that offer exclusive benefits to members and elevate the quality of our events.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team dedicated to delivering excellence in event coordination and customer success, continuously pushing them to meet and exceed standards.
  • Member Feedback: Regularly meet with members to gather insights and feedback to improve Base’s offerings, ensuring our product evolves with the needs of our community.
