Description:

GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Lead initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, addressing feedback and resolving escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor online reviews and ratings, implementing improvements based on guest feedback.
  • Create personalized experiences for long-term and short-term guests to build loyalty and drive repeat business.

WE REQUIRE

  • You speak English, which is a must; Dutch and French are a great advantage.
  • Degree in Hotel Management, Facility Management or a similar field.
  • A few years of experience in hotel business.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Financial insight.
  • Organizational talent, able to maintain an overview.
  • Responsible, dynamic, and capable of finding ad-hoc solutions.
  • Flexible mindset and willing to step in during evenings and weekends, either on-site or on standby.
