Civil Draughtsman - High Rise and Villa projects

Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Draughtsman for our High rise and Villa Projects team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
 Preparing detailed drawings and plans for construction projects, including layout,
elevations, and cross-sections.
 Creating accurate and precise drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
 Collaborating with engineers and architects to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of
designs.
 Conducting site visits and surveys to collect data and ensure drawings are accurate
and compliant with regulations.
 Preparing and reviewing technical specifications and documents for construction
projects.
 Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all drawings and design revisions.
 Revising drawings based on feedback and changes in project requirements.
 Keeping up to date with industry trends and advancements in drafting techniques and
software.
 Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols during the design and construction
process.
Qualifications:
 Diploma or Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field.
 Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in construction industry projects.
Skills & Competencies:
 Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
 Experience working on civil engineering or construction projects.
 Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
 Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing project requirements and priorities.
 Good understanding and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Relevant previous site construction experience in UAE

Pay: AED11,001.70 - AED15,000.41 per mont
