QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) registered.
  • 2+ years of related experience in civil or environmental projects
  • Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software will be an asset
  • Experience with SFRAME finite element analysis
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, MicroStation, PLS-CADD,
  • Experience with Engineering Design and Drafting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    The compensation for this role is an hourly rate, Independent Contractor or Employee Hourly, $30-60/hour DOE.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist our Senior/Intermediate Engineers preparing infrastructure projects, site studies and design, contract documentation and graphic presentations
  • Provide project engineering and task management
  • Perform overall site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage
  • Collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos, and public forums
  • Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures
  • Perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects
  • Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects
  • Perform other duties as needed
