REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on building projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis programs.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• Ability to make sound judgments and strategic decisions based on engineering principles.

• Design and develop building projects from the ground up, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
• Prepare detailed structural designs, drawings, and specifications in accordance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project design.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Offer technical guidance and support throughout all stages of construction.
• Perform quality control checks and site inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Keep abreast of new materials, technologies, and best practices in building engineering.
