CIVIL ENGINEER - CONSTRUCTION FIELD

• Design and develop projects
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure project goals are met all aspects of a project are coordinated.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Quality Control: conduct inspections and tests to ensure that materials and workmanship meet required standards.
• Problem Solving: address any issues that arise during construction, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams.
• Review and approve project designs and modifications.
• Prepare reports and documentation for projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Preferably with SOE license
• Valid UAE driving license
• Experience with large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE.
