Description:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a Dubai Municipality (DM) License and Trakhees Card to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and reviewing structural and architectural drawings.
- Coordinating with authorities for approvals and compliance.
- Supervising construction activities and ensuring quality standards.
- Conducting site inspections and resolving technical issues.
- Ensuring adherence to UAE building codes and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- DM-approved Engineer & valid Trakhees Card (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of UAE experience.
- Strong knowledge of local authority requirements.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
