Civil Engineer (G+12 Approved, Dubai Municipality Certified)

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Design and Planning: Lead the structural and civil design of G+12 projects, ensuring adherence to all applicable local codes, standards, and regulations set by Dubai Municipality.
• Permit Approvals: Must have experience in obtaining Dubai Municipality approvals for G+12 construction projects, including the submission of plans, documents, and liaising with relevant authorities.
• Construction Oversight: Supervise and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Site Supervision: Ensure that the construction site complies with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Material Selection & Testing: Oversee the selection and quality control of construction materials.
• Structural Analysis: Conduct structural analysis and provide solutions for any design challenge

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Autocad
Primevera
Ms office (Excel, word and PowerPoint)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
