Civil Engineer

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with Estimation Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE in estimation, quantity surveying, and project costing, particularly in the construction or interior fit-out industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in estimation, quantity surveying, or cost control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, materials, and subcontractor pricing.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

  Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project budgets based on drawings and specifications.
• Analyze project requirements and provide accurate material and labor cost estimations.
• Conduct site visits to gather project details and verify work progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Assist in tender preparation, contract negotiations, and proposal submissions.
• Ensure that all cost estimates comply with UAE construction regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to ensure cost control and budget adherence.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on estimation activities.
